*The festival content below is from the previous year (2025), and the 2026 festival content is being updated.* The Dongnae Eupseong History Festival is a representative history education experiential festival in Dongnae-gu, Busan that has continued for 31 years since the first Chungnyeol Festival in 1995, and this year will be held under the new slogan "The people of Dongnae Fortress, connecting history and the future!" The 31st Dongnae Eupseong History Festival in 2025 plans to provide an upgraded flagship programme featuring the Dongnae Fortress Battle Reenactment open-air musical combined with media art for an impressive performance, and by adding new content such as outdoor escape rooms and immersive video experience halls, it is expected to be well-organised with 51 programmes across 5 categories from 24 to 26 October.
